The internet has opened a valuable new venue through which you and your government can communicate.  Our new website not only has a fresh, new look, it offers many more features for obtaining information and conducting business. It is our goal to keep our website up-to-date and relevant so please explore the pages and take advantage of all it has to offer.

Available in January 2010, the City Water/Sewer Billing Department will offer the

option of 'UTILITY BILL AVERAGING" to its customers.  Here's how it works:

Every January, our customer accounts will be reviewed for those who quality

to sign up for Utility Bill Averaging.  To qualify for the program, you must:

  1. Have been signed up for service for a period of one (1) year

  2. Credit in good standing (NO penalties applied)

That's it!  Be watching for our announcement of the program

ias a footnote on your January statements.
